The Online Premium works with Internet Explorer 9 and above, Firefox, Chrome, and desktop Safari.
For mobile devices, you cannot highlight or annotate yet. This is because the Android browser does not provide interface for Web applications to access the position of the selected text
(specified by the two handles which appear after long press). Although the Apple's mobile Safari does provide the interface, the two handles do not show up in some cases.
We'll try to develop some kind of workaround in coming weeks.
