The "Download" button will trigger regular download of the .webz file to any folder on your computer. You can then use Web Books Viewer to read the downloaded Web Book offline.
Please note that the Viewer cannot be opened from the download dialog. You should save the ebook file in a folder that you can remember, because you will need to select the file from your computer when you use the Viewer to read the ebook. To read a local ebook file, you must import the file content into your library (a database on your computer). We have developed two types of Viewers. The Type L Viewer includes the functionality to add local files (.webz or .epub) to your library. Type s does not include this feature, but you can use another page to import local files. Click here for more info about how to use Web Books Viewer.
