Our WEB books use Marginalia Annotation tool which lets you highlight text and add a note in the margin to associate with it. Users can add comments,   or   suggests in the margin. Authors may use WEB books to get reader's feedback.

Creating a note: Select some text, then click on the gray tall button between the main text area and the right margin area. This will create a note box in the margin; type in text and click elsewhere when you're done.

Editing a note: Click on the note in the margin. Click elsewhere to save your changes.

Deleting a note: Click on the X icon in the margin.

The top right will display either your user ID or a "Help" link. If you do not have a user ID, you'll be using the WEB book as a "guest" - the same as all others without a user ID. Then, any "guest" can delete your notes. If your browser has contained your ID, the ID should appear at the top right. Otherwise, this position will show a "Help" link, where our system can add your ID to your browser.
